Gouri
Supporting meaningful growth through leadership coaching and self-discovery.
I am a researcher and Professor of Leadership. As a researcher, I'm passionate about exploring how to reduce workplace inequalities. As a teacher and coach, I aim to support individuals uncover their true potential and interests and take actionable steps towards meaningful growth.
I hold a PhD in Management (Organizational Behavior) and a Masters in Human Resources Management. Before entering academia, I worked as an HR Manager with the Coca-Cola Company.
In the last 15 years, I have had many (re-)starts to my career: first as an Engineer, an HR professional, and finally as an academic. I have lived and worked in five different countries across three continents, which has greatly shaped my identity, personality and how I see life. Becoming a coach is my most recent exploration to use my skills and experience to serve others.
