Finding Your Space - how it works

1. Fill out the connection form
Tell us a little about yourself — what you’re moving through, what you’re curious about, or what kind of space you’re looking for.

2. We read every request with care
Every form is reviewed by a real person (no algorithms). We take the time to understand where you’re at and what kind of practitioner or support might feel right for you.

3. Receive your match
You’ll get an email with a gentle introduction and a link to book your first session.

4. Have your session — online or in person
Sessions are led by kind practitioners — some in training, some newly qualified, and others consciously offering their work at accessible rates. You’ll meet in a way that works best for you.

5. Reflect, continue, or try something new
There’s no pressure. You can keep going with your practitioner, explore something different, or simply take what resonated and return whenever it feels right.
