Hi, I’m Lisa lang
I created The Kind🌿Root Space because I believe healing should be human, kind, and accessible.
not something only a few can afford.
🌿 About The Kind🌿Root Space
After working in fast-paced corporate roles in London — including at multiple startups, Amazon, and Linde — I know how easy it is to stay busy and keep performing, even when you’re running on empty. It’s all too easy to lose sight of what truly matters.
At the same time, as a coach and yoga teacher, I saw how hard it can be — even after qualifying — to find real, safe opportunities to practise and share your work.
And I saw just how many people are quietly in need of support — unsure where to go, or afraid to take that first step.
Because sometimes, just reaching out can feel overwhelming.
When I first began my own wellness journey, I didn’t even know what I needed — but it changed everything.
Working with a coach helped me grow in ways I couldn’t have imagined.
Yoga helped me come home to myself again after a breakup.
And doing deeper inner work with a therapist — especially around childhood experiences — helped me better understand myself, my relationships, and how I want to show up in the world.
I didn’t realise how much I needed space, support, and connection — until I had it.
And I truly believe everyone can benefit from that kind of care, even if they don’t know it yet.
I believe we all need a space.
A space to land. A space to feel supported.
A sense of community — especially in the moments we feel most alone.
The Kind🌿Root Space exists to bridge that gap — for both.
Why the name?
The Kind🌿Root Space reflects what this is truly about: A space rooted in kindness, where those offering support — and those receiving it — have room to grow, reflect, and co-create something meaningful together, whether one-to-one or in community.
A space to practise, to be seen, and to take up space — gently, and without pressure.
Inspired by the Japanese concept of ibasho — a place where you can simply be. This is a shared environment where growth, healing, and practice unfold side by side. There’s no pressure to be anything other than where you are. Just space to land, to share, and to grow — together.
It’s a space where people in training, those building confidence, or practitioners offering their work at a lower rate can connect with individuals, studios, and community spaces looking for support that feels honest, gentle, and real.
A space for practice. For receiving. For slowing down. Rooted in kindness, not perfection. A quiet, growing movement for those just beginning, and for those beginning again.
Whether you're here to practise, to receive, or to co-create something shared, you're welcome here.
📍 Based in London (UK) — working with individuals and communities worldwide
Vision
To create a space where people can receive support without fear or pressure — and where practitioners can offer their work in a way that feels kind, intentional, and human.
A space that’s not about status or perfection, but about showing up as you are.
Where someone seeking support can take a gentle first step — and those offering their gifts can grow, reconnect, or return to their practice on their own terms.
The Kind🌿Root Space was born from a belief that wellness should be accessible to all — not just those who can afford it, or know where to start.
We know how important it is to have space.
Space to reflect, to breathe, to find your own rhythm again.
Inspired by the Japanese concept of ibasho — a place where you can simply be — The Kind🌿Root Space offers a softer, more human path to healing and growth.
For individuals, communities, and shared spaces seeking something real.
✨ A space for healing, learning, and being — together.
Mission
The Kind🌿Root Space offers affordable, heart-led wellness sessions — including coaching, yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and therapeutic support and more— from practitioners who are in training, building experience, or consciously offering their work in a slower, more intentional way.
We support individuals, studios, organisations, and community spaces by creating a platform where care can be shared, practice nurtured, and growth can happen together — with kindness at the root of it all.
