A bit about me

Hi, I’m Lisa.

I’m an award-winning coach with a background in law and financial services, and certifications in fitness, yoga, breathwork and meditation. My work brings together the worlds of high performance and nervous system regulation, supporting professionals who want to feel clearer, more grounded and more at ease while navigating demanding careers and life transitions.

Having worked in fast-paced, high-pressure environments myself, I understand how easily ambition, responsibility and expectations can lead to stress, disconnection or burnout. My approach blends coaching with embodied practices such as movement, breathwork and meditation, helping you not just think your way forward, but feel steady and resourced in your body as well.

I work with clients who want to improve focus, manage stress, build emotional resilience and reconnect with what truly matters to them. Sessions are practical, supportive and tailored to your needs in the moment, creating space for clarity, balance and sustainable growth.
