A bit about me

Hi, I’m David.

My yoga classes are fun, dynamic and grounded in the connection between breath, movement and energy. I support people on their own unique yoga journey, helping them build strength, confidence and awareness in a way that feels safe, empowering and sustainable.

I see yoga as a practice of transformation. A space where you learn to meet yourself honestly, work with your limits and gradually move beyond them. Much like a martial art, yoga is not about competing with others, but about understanding yourself. The only opponent is your own resistance, doubt or ego.

My teaching encourages humility, curiosity and a willingness to learn. I create an environment where you are supported to explore what is possible for you, without pressure or comparison. Whether you are new to yoga or deepening your practice, I invite you to show up as you are and grow from there.
