Rooted in the understanding that we carry energy in and around the body, Reiki works by channeling life force energy through light touch or hands held just above the body — helping to release tension, clear blocks, and invite a deeper sense of calm.

At The Kind🌿Root Space, Reiki sessions are guided by emerging practitioners who hold space with care, sensitivity, and presence. Each session is unique — whether you’re seeking grounding, emotional release, or quiet support during a time of change. You don’t need to understand how it works to benefit from it — just a willingness to slow down and receive.

Reiki is available for individuals, both in-person and online, and can be a beautiful complement to coaching, breathwork, or other healing practices.
