A bit about me

Hi, I’m Natasha. I work with women navigating change, stress, anxiety and the many transitions that life brings. I specialise in yoga therapy, which blends physical practice, breathwork, meditation and reflective tools to support both body and mind.

People come to me for many reasons: back pain, overwhelm, emotional heaviness, restlessness or simply a desire to reconnect with themselves. Every session is tailored to how you feel in that moment. Yoga therapy is not about performance. It’s about meeting yourself gently, building awareness and creating space for healing and grounded change.

I offer a supportive, personalised space where you can explore what you’re carrying and move forward with more steadiness, clarity and ease.
