The Kind🌿Root Space was founded by Lisa Lang, a coach, yoga teacher, and long-time advocate for making wellness more human, more inclusive, and more affordable. After years of seeing how many people were priced out of the support they needed, and how emerging practitioners struggled to find safe spaces to grow, Lisa created The Kind🌿Root Space as a bridge between the two. Her vision is a community where kindness comes before credentials, where care is accessible without compromise, and where everyone, whether seeking support or offering it, feels welcomed exactly as they are.

The Kind🌿Root Space works like a community.
Every request is read by a real person, not filtered by an algorithm. We take the time to listen, to understand your story, your needs, and what kind of support might truly fit. Because wellbeing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and finding the right connection can make all the difference.
We’re also intentionally accessible. Our practitioners include people in training, those newly certified, and experienced professionals who consciously choose to offer their work at a lower cost. This means price is never a barrier to being seen, heard, and supported.
