A bit about me
Hi, I’m Lisa. I am a coach, yoga and breathwork practitioner, and meditation guide. My work is all about helping people slow down enough to hear themselves again. I support people who feel stuck, overwhelmed or unsure of their direction and want a space to reconnect with who they are and what they truly need.
My approach blends professional coaching with grounding practices like breathwork, meditation and mindful movement. I help clients move out of their heads and back into their bodies so they can make decisions from clarity rather than stress. I believe that when we create space to breathe, reflect and listen inward, everything begins to shift.
I work with people navigating transition, purpose, burnout, and the desire to live with more alignment and intention. I hold a professional coaching certification through a globally recognised coaching school, and I bring both structure and intuition into each session.
