Hi, I’m Imani. I’m a fully qualified CliftonStrengths coach, and I feel most called to support people who already have some work experience but are looking for clarity on their direction and how their career fits into the bigger picture of their life.

I also love working with creatives who feel blocked or disconnected from their ideas. My background in theatre makes it easy and enjoyable to bring creative tools into coaching — whether that’s collage making, free writing or gentle movement — to help reveal what’s really underneath.

I believe coaching should be accessible, grounded and human. My intention is to help you understand your strengths, reconnect with your creativity and move forward with more confidence, alignment and self-trust.
