Hi, I’m Gouri. I’ve rebuilt my career and identity more than once, and I know both the fear and the freedom that come with change. Over the years, I’ve worked as an engineer, an HR professional, a researcher, and now a Professor of Leadership. I’ve lived and worked across five countries, and each transition has shaped how I understand growth, identity, purpose, and the richness of navigating different cultures.
